It all started when…

In October of 2008, I was living a comfortable life. I owned my own business operating shipping and parcel contracts in the Southeast. I was living my dream. Later that month the start of the economic downturn began and my life started to change. Within months my business was closed and with no job prospects I came to the realization that I had to start from the beginning. I took jobs managing restaurants in the fast food industry, first at a Waffle House and then at a McDonald’s. Through these experiences I realized the importance of being in the PEOPLE BUSINESS. I realized that you have to take interest in others and realize that you can make a positive impact in others’ lives through listening and understanding. Everyone has a story. 

In my current work as an Implementation Consultant and an instructor at Emory University I have heard many stories and I’ve learned one indisputable fact. Everyone wants more out of life and everyone wants to maximize their potential.

Kyle Gause is a native of Atlanta, Georgia. He graduated from the University of Georgia with a degree in Management Information Systems. He also earned an Executive MBA from Rochester Institute of Technology. Kyle currently works as an Implementation Consultant with a vibrant company in the Atlanta tech space and as an instructor of Business Intelligence at Emory University helping adult learners gain better understanding of programs such as Tableau, Power BI and SQL.
